The room was comfortable enough and the staff were polite, cleanliness was sufficient and the location was very good for the Disneyland Paris resort.

The fact that the reception was only open until 10:30pm

Very much enjoyed our stay. Excellent value for money. Excellent if you just coming to sleep. Very good location for visiting Disney Land, just one minute till bus stop which taking you to RER and from there just couple of stops till Disney Land.

No kettle in rooms.

The staff was great, great parking facilities and close to major fast food restaurants, the rooms were well clean.

The walls wore paper thin, the room really small and crowded, bathroom was really small 2, but had everything you needed in it. No kettles in the room was a big no no.

Automat with drinks swallowed money but did not give anything in return.

The location was not so good if you would like visit Disney land if you haven't a car no taxi avilible in night room too small

Staff where very helpful . The breakfast was excellent , the room was ok a bit smelly And the shower cubical had mould but saying that it was acceptable for the price . After All it was just an over nite stay after a long drive.

Very good price for our base whilst visiting Disneyland Paris. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Only negative I could say is rooms are pretty small, but it didn't really bother us as we only slept and showered in the room.

We've arrived late night, the front desk was already closed, but the staff there did send us a text message with access code, described where and how to get the key to the room and above that there was a paper notice with WiFi access codes written in our room. Very professional and highly appreciated.
